All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Austria. Typical delivery times are:

What should I do if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please notify us within 7 days of delivery by sending an email to cofawfee@onet.pl along with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We’ll arrange a replacement, refund, or store credit.
